I am a Tom James customer and likely will be one for life. Lindsey (Glenn) Rothery made sure I got the suits, shirts, shoes, and belts I wanted in a timely manner. She made sure I was satisfied with the fit, and the clothes, in my case at least, fit me better than any clothes I had ever purchased. Moreover, since I am between sizes, I didn't have to spend a fortune on alterations like I have had to in the past when I have purchased items from Macy's and Nordstrom.
