  • Semi-Rope custom shoulder, sewn by hand.
  • Generous allowance on all seams.
  • Hand crafted collar.
  • Hanger sewn onto collar fabric.
  • Soft full conventional canvas front , made with wool, cotton and spun rayon with inserted horse tail for support. Canvas is covered with 100% flannel felt, preshrunk and cold water dipped.
  • The armholes have a hand double reversed chain stitch and are pressed open (butterfly) and flat.
  • 100% cotton sleeve heads and shoulder pads sewn by hand.
  • Craft stitched edges.
  • Buttonholes are handmade with 100% silk thread.

  • Facing stitched inside with blue thread.
